Concord Place

Concord Place is a 136,000 square-foot “Class A” building located north of Thomas Road on 44th Street in Phoenix, Arizona. Acquired in 2005, the building features a large Koi fish pond, a spectacular lobby, and a magnificent dome the interior of which was painted by artist David Johns and is used as a formal conference meeting space. Concord Place is accessible by the Loop 202 and State Route 143 freeways and is near the airport and Camelback Road.

Warner Courtyards

Warner Courtyards is a “Class A” single story 114,000 SF building located at the southeast corner of Warner Rd. and Kyrene Rd. in Tempe, Arizona. The building features four open-air interior 1,600 square foot Courtyards for tenant’s use. The building is close to 1-10 and Loop 101 Freeways.

Mountain Pointe Office Park

Mountain Pointe Office Park is a single tenant “Class A” office building totaling 56,600 sq. ft. on 48th St. south of Baseline in Phoenix. Its’ proximity to the 1-10 Freeway makes it very accessible to Valley residents.

Bashford Courts

Bashford Courts is an iconic and historic building in downtown Prescott, Arizona. The atrium centered mall has 33,000 square feet anchored by the Prescott Brewing Company. The property was acquired by Hannay in 2018 and has been extensively remodeled.

Covington Plaza

Covington Plaza is a 105,000 square foot Bashas’ anchored retail center. Located at the southwest corner of 7th Street and Union Hills in Phoenix, Arizona, the property was acquired by Hannay and remodeled in 2017.

19th Avenue and Camelback

Camelback Retail Shops is a 15,000 square foot retail property located at the Northeast corner of 19th Avenue and Camelback Road in Phoenix. Currently leased to Zia Records, the property is located along the light rail line with a station in front of the property located along Camelback Road. There is a 410 space Park and Ride facility that is located across from the site on the southeast corner.

35th Street

Located in the Southbank business park near Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix, this project is a 25,600 square foot two-story office warehouse building. The project has superior parking as well as a truck well and fenced storage area.

1700 Broadway

1700 Broadway is a 22 story, 394,141 square foot Class A office building centrally located in the Uptown section of Denver’s Central Business District. The building was completed in 1956 and was designed by the world-renowned architect I.M. Pei, who is celebrated for such projects as the Glass Pyramid at the Louvre in Paris and the Bank of China Tower in Hong Kong. The building is recognized as Denver’s first high-rise office tower. Extensively renovated in recent years, the building boasts many amenities including ample parking, a Starbucks and a conference room.
